Sortify TilesThese Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sortify Tiles, our tile-sorting puzzle game. By downloading, installing, or playing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Some features may use an account or device-linked saves. You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that appear compromised, abusive, or fraudulent.
Progress, virtual items, and unlocks are licensed for personal entertainment only and have no cash value outside any expressly offered withdrawal program.
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Sortify Tiles for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
Sortify Tiles is a skill-based sorting puzzle: arrange colored tiles, clear stacks, and complete boards. Fair play keeps the grid fun for everyone.
We may reset progress, revoke rewards, or ban accounts that break these rules.

If reward or withdrawal features are offered, eligibility, caps, verification, and timing are described in-app. Fraud, multi-accounting, or abuse may void rewards. PayPal details are used solely for legitimate withdrawals, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
The free version may show third-party ads via AppLovin and partners. We do not control every creative. Limit ad personalization in device settings. Partner practices are covered in the Privacy Policy.
Nicknames, feedback, or other submissions grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display that content to operate and promote Sortify Tiles. Do not upload illegal or harmful material. We may remove violating content.
Sortify Tiles — including art, audio, UI, code, trademarks, and branding — belongs to the Company or its licensors. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted. Feedback may be used freely without obligation to you.
Online features rely on https://gzhtr.surgedrama.com and related infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, store updates, or force majeure may limit access. Features may change or end at any time.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SORTIFY TILES IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that scores, unlocks, or rewards will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill from your use of Sortify Tiles. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50 if you paid nothing. Where local law forbids certain limits, liability is limited to the minimum permitted.
You agree to defend and indemnify the Company against claims arising from your misuse of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, risk to others, or service discontinuation. You may stop anytime by uninstalling. Surviving clauses (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Company's principal place of business, without conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Courts there have exclusive venue for unresolved disputes, subject to non-waivable rights you hold.
